The Mission

Inspiring well-being through innovation, comfort, and sustainability.

Zèta is deeply rooted in the community, which it credits as a driving force behind its mission to reduce environmental impact. The brand embraces a durable and circular approach, designing shoes to last without compromising on quality.

From the start, Zèta considers the end of each product’s life cycle, offering a recycling program in partnership with Gebetex to give worn pairs a second life. And because actions speak louder than words, the brand stopped using air shipments altogether in 2021, after learning that transport accounts for nearly 30% of global carbon emissions.

The Materials

Zèta uses entirely recycled, vegan materials, sourced as close as possible to their assembly plants to minimise carbon emissions. Inspired by the planet, the brand is constantly innovating to help protect and preserve it. Their shoes are made up of:

  • Grape and Corn: Sourced from Milan, Italy

  • Coffee: Sourced from Portugal

  • Recycled plastic: Sourced from Felgueiras, Portugal

  • Olives: Sourced from Istanbul, Turkey

Low Impact European Manufacturing

Distance is one of Zèta's key criteria in selecting materials. The brand strives to guarantee full traceability through short circuits to ensure that each stage of the supply chain is transparent, ethical, and minimises carbon footprint. This is why Zèta relocated its warehouse to Bordeaux to become closer to its workshops and storage points.
