Officially launched on April 15th, 2025, this newly founded strategic and creative partner helps brands thrive in the new economy by turning bold ambitions into actionable strategies grounded in sustainable practices.

Circular models built around resale, rental, repair, and refurbishment are rapidly becoming the new standard. However, adopting these models is only half of the challenge. The real test lies in telling the story with transparency and credibility, building trust, avoiding greenwashing, and driving real growth.

Why RE The Agency?

Before launching RE, its founders, Pim Roggeveen and Lorenzo van Galen, built WEAR, a refurbished sneaker platform based in Rotterdam. WEAR taught them how to design circular systems that don't just sound good but that work in practice.

"The challenge is no longer if you do something with sustainability, but how you design it to grow both your brand and your revenue," says Pim Roggeveen.

"Brands often struggle to truly convey the value of circular models without falling into greenwashing traps. We've faced these challenges ourselves and now translate those insights into strategies and campaigns that deliver results," adds Lorenzo van Galen.

What's next?

RE The Agency is already gaining momentum. In collaboration with Rotterdam Circulair, they co-created the Bring it Back event series for example— workshops and talk panels that explore circularity and sustainable business, sparking inspiration for professionals across industries.

But this is just the beginning. RE The Agency is on a mission to redefine what brand growth looks like in a circular world, one RE-model at a time.
