On June 26th 2025, Bring It Back celebrated its 10th edition with an unforgettable night dedicated to vintage fashion, sneaker culture, and secondhand entrepreneurship. Held inside Daily Sneaker Steals in Rotterdam West, the event brought together some of the city’s most inspiring voices in the vintage/secondhand scene, all under one roof.
Powered by Re The Agency and Rotterdam Circulair, this edition blended storytelling, community spirit, and style with a clear mission: to spotlight the people and passion powering the circular fashion economy.
Let's Get Into It
Bring It Back #10 was a panel talk, but attending it was more of a cultural experience. Attendees were invited to sip on free drinks, try on sneakers, browse the store’s sneakers (with a 25% discount for the night), and hear firsthand from the three entrepreneurs behind some of Rotterdam’s most renowned secondhand businesses.
Most importantly, the insights shared during the panel dug deep into the passion and personal drive behind each speaker. Alongside practical tips on running a successful business, the panellists opened up about their motivations and even shared childhood memories that continue to shape how they operate today.
The energy in the room was a mix of nostalgia, business drive, and personal passion. A space where like-minded sneaker and vintage lovers came together to learn, connect, and celebrate.
Meet the Panel
Lucas van den Baar – Daily Sneaker Steals
As the host of the event, Lucas kicked off the night by sharing his journey from turning a passion into a thriving business. Highlighting his inspiration behind the in-store museum, straight from his childhood, that celebrates sneaker history. Daily Sneaker Steals isn’t just a shop, but a unique and nostalgic hub where visitors can relive their childhood fantasies and connect through culture.
Tevin Renfurm – ATTAPREBOUND & Foreign Vintage
Tevin brought his signature charisma and entrepreneurial grit to the stage. As the founder of one of Rotterdam’s most respected vintage spots, he shared how he curates and procures his collections, stays tapped into underground culture, and maintains his excitement and passion for nostalgia.
Roël IJsselsteijn – Square Eight & Hour House
At just 23, Roël is already reshaping how resale works in the digital age. Through his carefully curated stores and smart pricing strategies, he spoke about how to make vintage fashion more appealing to younger generations. Demonstrating that it’s possible to embrace trends while still dressing vintage.
From Panel to Party
With the vibrant atmosphere of the Daily Sneaker Steals store, it was only natural for the event to turn into a party after the panel. Music filled the store thanks to live sets by SJEL, Wes Brown, and TheHighClass. People talked, exchanged ideas, tried on sneakers, and made the most of the exclusive in-store discount.
The event evolved into a true community-driven creative hub, where like-minded, nostalgic individuals came together to share their passions and, who knows... maybe even create something new, inspired by the insights shared by the panellists.
Bring It Back #10 proved that the secondhand fashion movement is alive and thriving. Built by people who care deeply about nostalgic culture, fashion, and storytelling. With laughter, learning, and lots of laces, this edition left attendees walking away with new connections, fresh perspectives, and maybe even a new pair of kicks.
